EDP, stands for Electronic Data Processing, helps to increase productivity, efficiency and reliability of the business process. Hence, our company has implemented an EDP system to improve our workload. Our programmers developed an online Java system and has been implemented in every branches.

Back in 1993, we started to use a conservative (DOS) EDP system to handle all data entry process. First implemented in Kuching head office, followed by Sibu branch and later Miri branch. To increase the efficiency and convenient of work, in May 2005, the online Java system was implemented in all our branches, so that all transactions are connected and can easily track the progress.

Every delivery order will be handed over to our EDP department, and EDP staff will key in the delivery order particulars to the online Java system. Therefore, we can easily keep track of the voyage from one branch to another by accessing the online Java system.

We can also give rapid feedback by accessing the online Java system, when customers call in to enquire their delivery order status. In conclusion, our Java online system bring ease to both our staff and our customers.
